User-generated content

User-generated content (UGC) is content that users contribute to an app and/or website, and which is visible to or accessible by at least a subset of the app's or website's users.

Our Policy:

All users are required to accept and comply with the app's/website's terms of use and/or user policy before users can create or upload User-generated content (UGC). Objectionable content and behaviours are prohibited and are not allowed on ClapTok app and website.

Users are advised to report any objectionable (UGC), so the admin can take action against that UGC where appropriate, for example, remove or block abusive users who violate the app's Terms of Use and/or user policy.

Objectionable user behaviour and objectionable User-Generated Content are prohibited and will be removed from ClapTok app and website.

* ClapTok is a more inspired and impactful positive social media app on the frontline of the world's fight for a better future, so use it responsibly.

Any negative or abusive comments will be removed!

* To give our users more control over their data, under 'User Data Policy', as our app allows users to create an account, it also allows users to request for their account to be deleted in the app and through a web resource. 

This is also updated on our 'Data Safety Form'  in Play Console, where some information may be displayed on our app's Data safety section on Google Play.
